This 18-34 Expanidng Foam TApe will provide a weather seal to 600Pa for gaps that vary between 18 and 34mm.

If left uncompressed EXP 6 Expanding Foam Tape 18-34 will expand up to 95mm, if you were to let it expand this much it would not create a weatherseal but you may find it useful for gap filling.
